SG : ये एक लंबी यात्रा रही है, आज से तकरीबन 28 साल पहले से भी ज़्यादा समय पहले वर्ष 1990 में स्नातक इंजीनियर प्रशिक्षु के रूप में गुड़गाँव स्थित एक फार्मक्यूटिकल फैक्ट्री का निर्माण करने वाले एक संगठन से जुड़ने के साथ शुरू हुई। इस संगठन से जुड़ने का मेरा पहला उद्देश्य निर्माण कार्यों से संबंधित व्यवहारिक ज्ञान को प्राप्त करना था। साथ ही अपने साइट के कार्यों तथा जिस संगठन के लिए कार्य करता था उसके मूल्यों के प्रति समर्पित हो कर कार्य करना था। साथ ही मेरा उद्देश्य था कि किस प्रकार से निर्माण के आधारभूत संरचना को समझकर फोरमैन, साइट इंजीनियर तथा पूरी प्रोजेक्ट टीम के साथ उस आधारभूत संरचना के ऊपर ज़मीनी स्तर पर कार्य किया जाए। हमारे प्रबंधन निदेशक ने काम के प्रति मेरी लगन और मेहनत सेप्रभावित हो कर महज़ 6 महीनों के भीतर ही मुझे प्रमोशन दे कर प्रोजेक्ट इंजीनियर बना दिया। प्र. ऐसी कौन सी वजह थी जो आपने परियोजना निष्पादन तथा परियोजना प्रबंधन क्षेत्र से हटकर तकनीकी मार्केटिंग की तरफ रुख कर लिया ?
